It is strongly recommended to make hotel reservations as soon as possible. Otherwise it may be difficult to obtain a room on the same hotels as the other participants.

Registration

To register please send an e-mail to CPNworkshop@daimi.au.dk, indicating the name, position, affiliation and e-mail address of the participant(s), and the workshop(s) in which you want to participate.
  • The fee for MOCA'02 is 1,000 DKK (or 140 EURO). This covers participation in the workshop, a copy of the proceedings, lunches and a workshop dinner.

  • The fee for CPN'02 is 1,500 DKK (or 210 EURO). This covers participation in the full workshop and tutorial programme, a copy of the proceedings, lunches and the workshop dinner.

  • Participants who register for both CPN'02 and MOCA'02 obtain a discount, so that the total fee becomes 2,250 DKK (or 310 EURO).
The fee is paid during the workshops. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept credit cards. Hence, you must pay by a check issued to the University of Aarhus (EURO or DKK) or pay in cash (EURO or DKK).

Accommodation

For accommodation we offer the following possibilities. We strongly recommend early booking. The sufficient number of rooms are guaranteed until August 1st. After that you may need to find other more expensive hotels:

This is a nice old hotel located in the City Centre (200 m from the railway station and the airport bus terminals). The distance to the conference site is approx. 2 kilometres. Good bus connections are available.

This is a new "hotel" situated next to the main sports arenas in Aarhus. It is primarily used by athletes within different sports. It is not a real hotel and hence services are limited. Linnen and towels are included, but no cleaning of the room is done during your stay. The distance to the City Centre is approx. 2 kilometres while the distance to the conference site is approx. 4 km. Good bus connections are available.
